Two Turkish soldiers killed, 15 slightly wounded in Syria -army

ANKARA, Feb 8 - Two Turkish soldiers were killed and 15 were slightly wounded in clashes with Islamic State militants in northern Syria on Wednesday morning, Turkey's armed forces said in a written statement.

Syrian rebels, supported by the Turkish military, seized control of strategically important hills around the Islamic State-controlled town of al-Bab in operations launched overnight, the army said earlier on Wednesday.
