Two dead, 7 injured in road accident on Route 90 in Jordan Valley

Police on Sunday sealed off a section of Route 90 in the Jordan Valley following a road accident that left two people dead and seven people injured.

Police on Sunday sealed off a section of Route 90 in the Jordan Valley following a road accident that left two people dead and seven people injured.

The accident occurred near the settlement of Tomer. According to Army Radio, one of the dead is an Israeli and the other is Palestinian.

According to Magen David Adom rescue services, three of the injured are in serious condition. Emergency responders said that the accident was so severe they had difficulty in extricating the drivers from the wreckage.
