Two inmates who shot to death a pair of armed guards during an escape have been captured, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation said on Twitter on Thursday.

The statement provided no further information, but it came as a television station reported fugitives Donnie Rowe, 43, and Ricky Dubose, 24, were spotted in Tennessee.
