A naked two-year-old toddler was found walking alone in the streets of Azur, near Tel Aviv, on Saturday morning. The boy was found by people leaving synagogue, who alerted the police. Although the toddler is in good health, the boy's father, who is suspected of neglecting the child, was taken in for questioning. Welfare authorities will also investigate the incident.
