UN says 32 died, one survived Congo plane crash

UNITED NATIONS - Thirty-two people were killed and one survived when a UN plane crashed while trying to land at the airport serving the Congolese capital Kinshasa on Monday, a UN spokesman said.
"We can confirm only one survivor out of the 33 people on board the ... plane," UN spokesman Farhan Haq said. The world body earlier said both Congolese and foreign nationals were on board the plane.
