KUWAIT- UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon said donors had promised more than $2.4 billion in humanitarian aid for Syria at conference on Wednesday. 'Today more than $2.4 billion was pledged,' Ban said in a speech at the gathering in Kuwait.
