WASHINGTON - The United States is 'gravely alarmed' by reports the Syrian government has used chlorine gas in Idlib Province, the US State Department said in a statement on Monday. It also said the Russian government, by shielding the Syrian government from accountability, has 'not lived up to its commitments.'
