Secretary of State John Kerry, Energy Secretary Ernest Moniz and other senior US officials will head to Capitol Hill next week to brief Congress on the framework nuclear deal with Iran, Ben Rhodes, Obama's deputy national security adviser, said at a news conference on Friday.
