On Thursday morning, Israelis woke up to stormy winter weather. It is hailing in Samaria, drizzling in the center of the country and raining across most of the rest of the state.Last week on Thursday, the water level of the Kinneret (Sea of Galilee) rose by 1.5 cm as a result of abundant rain.
