A woman was killed and three other people were injured in a car accident on Route 90 in the Arava near Kibbutz Yehel early Sunday morning.MDA paramedics pronounced the approximately 40-year-old woman dead on the scene.A second woman suffered serious injuries and two men were moderately hurt in the crash. The injured were transferred by helicopter to Soroka Medical Center in Beersheba.
