The head of United Torah Judaism Yaakov Litzman pronounced the religious-right bloc's victory Monday night, saying that Yisrael Beytenu leader Avigdor Liberman failed in his alleged campaign against ultra-Orthodox Israelis. Litzman also said that tomorrow he will meet with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to discuss the formation of a new coalition government.
