DUBAI - Yemen's Houthi movement said on Tuesday a ballistic missile it fired towards the Saudi capital Riyadh targeted a meeting of Saudi leaders at a royal palace. The Houthi's Al Massira television channel, citing military sources, said the missile targeted a large gathering of Saudi leaders. It did not provide details.
