Petah Tikva District Court ruled Thursday that former prime minister Yitzhak Rabin's assassin, Yigal Amir, will remain in solitary confinement for an additional six months.

The court ruled that the Israel Prison Service should, however, work to increase Amir's interaction with fellow prisoners for the purpose of religious study.
