Isal Amlat Investment Ltd., controlled by Kaman Holdings, and Odin Investments Ltd. will set up a $12 million real estate fund, which they will own in equal shares.
The fund will invest in building and developing residential and commercial properties in Israel and overseas, mainly in Europe. Isal has generated NIS 145m. in cash from an array of sales, including ECI Telekom and Pipelines Ltd.
