Text: Enough about "light unto other nations" already. As a very, very strong supporter of Israel, I nevertheless feel it is time to shake off the whole "light unto nations" thing. In today's antisemetic, antizionist, antiIsrael environment, with the west delivering wheelbarrows full of cash for oil and Jew-hatred on the rise across the global, the only issue for Israel is survival and outlasting, or at least living through, the Islamist threat, period. The world is looking to see if my people will fight back or just give up. And for anyone in the CURRENT Israeli govt to be talking about lights unto nations - ridiculous, absurd and disturbing
