2 eggs
2-1/2 cups milk
2-1/2 tablespoons oil
2 cups flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
½ cup sugar

1. Beat eggs and then whisk in milk and oil.

2. Add all dry ingredients and mix together until batter is mostly smooth.

3. Spray large skillet with non-stick cooking spray and heat over medium flame.

4. Drop batter by large spoonfuls onto skillet. Flip pancakes when top side is covered with small bubbles.
