Woman dies after giving birth to twins at Jerusalem hospital

A 37-year-old woman died Thursday morning shortly after giving birth at Hadassa Ein Karem Hospital in Jerusalem.
Doctors delivered healthy twins during a planned Cesarean surgery that was described as successful by hospital staff. The hospital said an investigation had been launched into the incident.
