Book of Books Exhibition –The Bible Lands Museum, in cooperation with Verbum Domini, is hosting an exhibition tracing 2,000 years of the Bible.

Richard Avedon: Family Affairs – The exhibition has been extended to last through November. It includes two monumental projects by Richard Avedon, one of the most influential American photographers. Seven Species Tour in Arnona – A walking photographic tour of Arnona explores the Seven Species, while learning creative lighting and composition techniques and putting together a photo collection of the biblical fruits and grains.

JourneYard – Under the shade of a hot air balloon, children are invited to travel to Africa, India and Japan and take a voyage through time and space. Activities at each stop lead to an “expedition” to one of the Israel Museum’s corresponding exhibitions. • Through August 28. Petrushka – The adventurous journey of a puppet at the Train Theater. On a black table (similar to a magician’s table), theater sets appear and vanish.

Tower of David Summer Activity – the Tower of David Museum is hosting several summer activities. For example, A Medical Adventure is a game that takes place throughout the citadel and is inspired by the exhibition “A Medical Diagnosis.” It takes place all day at no additional fee. In Summer Potions, participants create urns, potions and remedies in art workshops. This Is How You Build a Wall is a tour for the whole family. Israel Museum Library Activity – The Israel Museum has opened its new Youth Wing Library exhibition “The Travels.” Every week, it will run an activity for kids ages 3 to 6 to get to know the exhibition.
