2 bomb blasts hit south Philippine city, killing 2

The military says two bomb blasts minutes apart have rocked a department store and a clothing shop in a southern Philippine city, killing two workers and wounding more than a dozen people. No one has claimed responsibility for Thursday's blasts in Iligan city, but officials have blamed Muslim rebels for similar attacks in the volatile region in the past few months. Military spokesman Lt. Col. Agane Adriatico says two store workers were killed and more than a dozen people wounded.
