3 Israelis arrested in Colombia for alleged drug, underage sex offenses

Three Israelis were arrested in Colombia on suspicion of using hallucinatory drugs and having sex with underage prostitutes, the Foreign Ministry said Tuesday. The suspects were caught in Cartagena in possession of 250 units of cocaine and marijuana and with several escort girls, the youngest being just 15. Concurrency, Costa Rican police were investigating the death of a 38-year-old Israeli who was found shot dead outside his restaurant in Costa Rica on Monday. Friends of the victim, who had been living in the country for many years, said that he had recently got into trouble with the local underworld.
