Al-Zawahri: Occupation of Iraq brought US only 'failure and defeat'

Al-Qaida's No. 2 Ayman al-Zawahri says in new audio released on militant Web site that five years of US occupation of Iraq brought only "failure and defeat" which the Bush administration will pass on to next American president.
