US Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg will be honored with a beer tangentially named after her, released by Boston-based brewery Samuel Adams.

The beer, dubbed "When There Are Nine" was originally called "Brut Bader Ginsburg," the events page stated, "but our legal team dissented," they stated.
The beer is a Belgian Bruit IPA and will be available at a special event at the brewery's Tap Room in Boston on March 29. Proceeds from the event will be donated to the Pink Boots Society which encourages women who work in the beer industry to get ahead in their careers through education.
The 86-year-old Ginsburg has been a Supreme Court judge since 1993. She was born to a Jewish family in Brooklyn, New York rising to adjudicate many controversial American court cases.
