Court convicts 10 neo-Nazis in mosque burning

A court has convicted 10 members of a neo-Nazi group for an April mosque burning outside Toulouse and sentenced them to prison terms of up to 18 months. The 10, who are ages 18 to 28, all belonged to a small neo-Nazi group with the name "LW." The entrance hall of the Colomiers mosque was set afire before dawn April 20 and the room reserved for ritual washing was sacked. The court convicted the 10 Wednesday and sentenced the two leaders of the group to three-year prison terms with 18 months suspended, the maximum handed down. The group must pay €17,500 ($25,025) in fines to the Muslim community and an anti-racist group.
