Israeli found alive after in Myanmar; another remains missing

Amit Aftari, 26, of Tzur Hadassah, who was reported missing in Myanmar since the massive storm earlier this week, was found on Thursday in a local ashram where he had been volunteering since he left Israel a month ago. Aftari was reported to be alive and well, according to the Israeli Consul's assistant, Andrea Me'or. Simultaneously, searches were underway to locate another Israeli, Ma'ayan Kalo, 23, who had also been traveling in the region and was last reported to have been in Myanmar. There have been no confirmations of his location as of yet.
