President-elect Obama says he's being updated on Mideast

President-elect Barack Obama said on Monday that he was getting daily briefings on the situation in the Middle East, where Israel continues its offensive against the Hamas rulers of Gaza.
In brief comments to reporters, Obama said that "delicate negotiations are taking place," and that there can't be "two voices coming out of the United States."
