Rice: Chance of terrorist attack is top threat

Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice says the potential of a terrorist attack remains the greatest threat facing the United States. She says she is still concerned that every day there are terrorists seeking to plot against the US Rice says the US must be right all the time in guarding against an attack while terrorists only need to be right once to succeed. She says the US must have the right kind of intelligence and law enforcement systems in place to disrupt potential terrorists. Rice also says the Bush administration still wants to see al-Qaida leader Osama bin Laden brought to justice. But she says al-Qaida is more than what she calls a one-man organization. Rice made the comments Sunday on ABC television's "This Week."
