Sarkozy: Iran risks isolation over nuclear program

French President Nicolas Sarkozy has warned Iran it faces isolation if it refuses to negotiate over its nuclear program. Sarkozy issued the warning at an hour-long meeting with Iranian Foreign Minister Manoucher Mottaki on Wednesday in Paris. Mottaki has made no comment. Sarkozy's office said he asked Iran to respect UN resolutions and negotiate with the six countries representing the international community, including the United States and France - or risk "ever larger international isolation in all areas."
