Singapore's health ministry has confirmed that three more people have contracted swine flu, a day after announcing the country's first case. The ministry said in a statement late Thursday that two local residents and an American visitor tested positive for swine flu after arriving on flights from the United States. The ministry says all three patients are in stable condition and are being treated at the country's Communicable Disease Centre. Singapore has confirmed a total of four swine flu cases.
