A British court ruled Monday that the last of the 23 suspects in the foiled terror plot could be detained until Aug. 16. The ruling came after the other 22 suspects had their detentions extended on Friday. No details were provided as to why the lone suspect's hearing had been delayed. One of the original 24 people arrested was released without charge on Friday.
