US, S. Korea agree "stern response" must follow North's rocket launch

US President Barack Obama and the leader of South Korean leader agreed Thursday that "stern, united response" must follow North Korea's planned rocket launch. Earlier, a news report said North Korea has begun fueling a long-range rocket for an impending launch Obama warned the liftoff would be a "provocative act" that would generate a UN Security Council response.
