Dr. Mike Evans and more than 150 broadcasters, publishers and journalists attended the Christian Media Summit in Jerusalem and met this week with President Reuven Rivlin.
Welcoming the media from around the world to the Presidential Residence, Rivlin emphasized the importance of Israel’s relationship with Christians as well as opportunities to strengthen the alliance.
Earlier this week, the Christian Media Summit participants heard from Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Mayor of Jerusalem Nir Barkat and US Ambassador to Israel David Friedman. The event was also led by Evans, the founder of Jerusalem’s Friends of Zion Museum, and one of the leaders of the Trump Faith Initiative.
Underlining the challenges Israel faces today, Evans hailed the Friends of Zion Museum for "strengthening the alliance between Israel and her Christian friends."
