A missing 18-year-old was found dead on Friday with bullet wounds across his chest, near Ramat Hasharon’s civilian cemetery.
Eviatar Azarzar, declared missing two weeks ago, left his family three years prior and lived alone in Bnei Brak.
The circumstances of his murder are still unclear, but police think he was lured to the cemetery by a female perpetrator, where he was then killed.
He was found face down in a pit in an open field near the cemetery. The bullet wounds on his chest suggest it was a criminal incident, reports said. Medics who arrived at the scene pronounced him dead.
A ZAKA volunteer was passing through the cemetery on his tractor when he found a motorcycle thrown on the side of the path. When he approached it, he noticed the body. The volunteer immediately reported that he believed he found Azarzar.
Police are investigating the circumstances of Azarzar’s death. They are additionally investigating the identity of the motorcycle owner.
