Arab-Israeli soccer star Munas Dabbur is set to make history on Thursday when he'll sign a contract with a transfer fee valued between 15 and 20 million Euro with Spanish team Sevilla, according to a report on the soccer website Goal.com.Hailing from Nazareth, the 26 year old striker now plays for RB Salzburg, yet the team green-lighted he undergo a medical check up in Sevilla.The website said Sevilla posted a photo on its official Twitter account, but as of Thursday evening no photo was present on the account.Dabbur is said to have considered a move to Liverpool but allegedly met unexpected resistance from Egyptian talent Mohamed Salah who, unconfirmed reports claim, objected to Dabbur joining the team on the grounds he has an Israeli passport while being "Palestinian."Arab-Israeli lawyer Jawad Bolus addressed Salah in an open letter, published in Haaretz on January 3rd, in which he slammed the world-famous talent for being ignorant about Arab-Israeli issues. "I'm willing to wager your knowledge of Palestine," he wrote, "is put together from a few loose bits of paper flying in the wind."
