Outlook for Rio: Siebner was the final athlete to be added to the Israel delegation following an unexpected turn of events. She looked set to miss out on the 2016 Games by a mere one hundredth of a second, but will ultimately compete in Brazil after Israel’s 4X100-meter freestyle relay team was handed a berth at the expense of Belarus due to a mistake in registration by the latter.
