A plane with 182 passengers and crew on board performed an emergency landing at Ben Gurion Airport, after one of its wheels exploded on take-off on Thursday evening.The "UP" plane, flown as an El Al subsidiary, was on its way to Kiev, Ukraine, when the incident occurred.Emergency crews gathered on the tarmac at Tel Aviv's major international airport, with the plane expected to land before midnight having first dumped its fuel at sea.The plane landed safely at about midnight at Ben Gurion airport.
