1 dead, 2 badly injured in head-on collision near Zichron Yaakov

One person was killed and two others badly injured in a head-on collision on Route 2 near Zichron Yaakov on Sunday night.
Firefighters were working to free another two people trapped one of the cars whose conditions were as yet unknown.
Police closed the road to passing traffic and were directing vehicles to take alternative routes.
