6-year-old boy in serious condition after falling from a tree in Elad

A six-year-old boy was seriously injured after falling out of a tree in the town of Elad.
Magen David Adom teams gave him initial treatment for a head wound and were evacuating him to Beilinson Hospital in Petah Tikva.
