Nine Tiberias youths, aged between 14 and 16, were arrested overnight Monday on suspicion of hitting a 20-year-old Arab man with a club. The man was taken to the city's Poriah Hospital in light condition. The man, from Majd al-Krum, told police that he was on his way back home from the Tiberius promenade when he was confronted by the youth who asked him where he lived. When they understood that he was an Arab, he said, they beat him.
