Baby dies after injection at Beersheba's Soroka Hospital

A four-month-old baby died in Beersheba's Soroka Hospital on Wednesday after undergoing an injection during an X-ray.
After the injection, the baby's organs broke down and medics tried unsuccessfully to resuscitate him.
The hospital launched an investigation into the incident.
