Court extends remand of Hebron man suspected of shooting Palestinians

The Jerusalem District Court on Sunday extended the remand of Ze'ev Brauda, one of the two settlers suspected of shooting Palestinians following the evacuation of the disputed Beit Hashalom in Hebron. Judge Malka Aviv accepted the argument made by the police that Brauda's actions were provocative and decided to extend his remand by four days. Gabi Bibi, another settler who was arrested together with Brauda, was released to his home.
