Dichter: Kadima won't sit in gov't with Likud without PM rotation

Public Security Minister Avi Dichter, of Kadima, said Sunday morning that his party would not sit in a government with Likud if there isn't a prime ministerial rotation. "That is the only way to ensure a stable government that lasts four years," Dichter told Israel Radio.
