Graffiti directed against IFA chairman scrawled on stadium

Police opened an investigation into a complaint filed by Maccabi Petah Tikva's director general after graffiti was discovered on the soccer team's stadium on Saturday morning. Obscenities directed against Israel Football Association Chairman Avi Luzon were scrawled on the wall.
