Haniyeh declares 'heavenly victory' for Hamas in Gaza

Hamas Prime Minister Ismail Haniyeh on Sunday night declared "a heavenly victory" in remarks broadcast on Al-Jazeera Arabic news channel.
Reuters quoted him as saying that "the enemy has failed to achieve its goals," but that the group's decision to agree to a truce was "wise and responsible."
