Herzliya woman suspected of abusing child, threatening social worker

A Herzliya resident who was arrested over the weekend and released on bail after suspicions arose that she had abused her young son, was arrested again Monday for allegedly threatening a social worker.
According to Army Radio, the woman was first arrested after her child's kindergarten teacher noticed serious cuts on his face and filed a report with police.
