Following the cabinet decision to go ahead with a prisoner swap with Hizbullah, the military said it had no knowledge of the deal's timing.
The IDF does not yet posses a timetable on the prisoner exchange deal with Hizbullah, an army spokesman has said.
"That rests with the political echelon," the spokesman added.
