IDF troops arrest Palestinian fugitive southwest of Bethlehem

IDF troops arrested a Palestinian fugitive southwest of Bethlehem, Monday morning before dawn.
The man was taken for questioning by security forces.
Also Sunday overnight, an Israeli attempted to travel to Ramallah but was stopped by IDF forces.
Troops managed to stop the man after he had barged through a checkpoint near the village of A-Ram.
