Journalist to compensate Ben-Gvir for calling him 'Shin Bet agent'

Right-wing activist Itamar Ben-Gvir will receive NIS 36,000 in compensation from journalist Barry Hamish, who called him a "Shin Bet [Israel Security Agency] agent," the Jerusalem Magistrate's Court decided on Thursday.
Judge Oded Shaham ruled that Hamish's comment, made two years ago in an article, constituted libel.
