Kiryat Bialik mayor hospitalized after filing complaint against rival

Kiryat Bialik Mayor Dr. Rafi Wertheim was hospitalized Tuesday morning in light conduction after feeling unwell while filing a complaint against his mayoral rival at the Zevulun police station.
Wertheim claimed his rival stuck election campaign posters on cars with strong glue, making them difficult to remove.
