State-Attorney Moshe Lador said Tuesday that the State's conduct in the Moshe Katsav sexual crimes case "should be examined" after a decision is made on an indictment. Speaking at a Jerusalem Center for Ethics conference, Lador said that Attorney-General Menahem Mazuz had said in the past that there would be an examination process at the "right time."
