Protesting Licensing Authority employees were to further restrict their work on Sunday morning.
Workers will neither provide customer service nor answer telephones in protest of the Transportation Ministry's plan to privatize part of the authority.
The Transportation Ministry said that despite the restrictions, vehicle and driving licenses would be issued and payments for licenses would be accepted on the automated telephone service.
